The Almased® Diet Is Divided Into Four Stages

3: The Stability Phase

4: The Life Phase

What is the best way to take Almased?
Dissolve Almased in 10 to 12 oz of cold bottled or filtered water, skim milk or soy milk. To ensure an adequate supply of essential fatty acids, add 1-2 teaspoons of canola, olive or flaxseed oil. Important: Use only cold or lukewarm liquids, otherwise the metabolism-enhancing properties of Almased will be lost! Water versus milk: Most consumers dissolve Almased in skim or low fat milk. However, you will lose more weight by using plain water (filtered or bottled).
What should I eat for the other meals?
We recommend plenty of colorful vegetables, some lean protein such as chicken, fish or tofu as well as a small serving of whole grains like brown rice, whole grain pasta or whole wheat bread. In our experience, consuming fruit during the diet may slow down the weight loss process.
